I cannot express enough appreciation to Marcia for guiding me through the purchase process. While I have purchased many homes before this was a horse property in the country and as such was a much more complex transaction. Marcia was an incredible guide and resource…she was fabulous about giving me “anticipatory guidance” re: things I needed to do to move the deal forward and prepare for taking possession. She put an incredible amount of “skin” in to keep the deal alive at times when it became tenuous. I had a friend who was purchasing a property at the same time and I felt like I was able to coach her through the process just from what I learned from Marcia. Great realtor, very high integrity professional.
